Role Overview: As a Volunteer Customer Service Representative, you will: Assist Clients: Provide guidance and support to clients, answering inquiries about Kibtech’s services and programs in a professional and friendly manner. Resolve Issues: Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively. Maintain Records: Accurately document client interactions and feedback to help improve our services. Support Program Enrollment: Guide clients through the enrollment process for language training or other Kibtech programs. Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with other departments to ensure clients receive comprehensive support. Qualifications: Fluency in French or English (bilingualism is an asset). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in customer service (preferred but not mandatory). Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and solutions-focused when interacting with clients. Comfortable using basic digital tools (email, chat, etc.).
