This is an extraordinarily rare set of Mexican Pilots wings for one of the 30 pilots in the 201st Squadron, Aztec Eagles, who flew in the Philippine Islands during World War II. They were part of the Mexican Expeditionary Air Force, which is notable as being the only Mexican military unit ever to fight outside of Mexico. The wings are missing their pinback, and are smooth on the reverse with small spots when the pins
