I chose to wear this particular skater dress because the weather was perfect for it.It's decent and youthful and most importantly fun and free.The belt accentuates the waist just right and it's color beautifully gives the black a break giving it a more interesting appearance compared to how the dress looks without it.Of course being matchy matchy can be a good thing hence the red earrings and I certainly didn't forget my love for pearls
